• Identity Data: Name and date of birth (used to ensure you are in the correct bracket for Legends 50+ or Youth Academy sessions).
• Contact Data: Email and phone number for TeamUp account management and urgent schedule updates.
• Health Data: Information regarding injuries or medical conditions to ensure your safety during CrossFit WODs and Hyrox sessions.
• Financial Data: Payment details processed securely via TeamUp for memberships and 1:1 PT Sessions.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to manage your membership, tailor coaching to your specific health needs (e.g., training for MacTuff or the CrossFit Open), and send "Pack" updates regarding Friday Night Lights or monthly events.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners necessary for gym operations, such as TeamUp (our booking software) or Emergency Services in the event of an accident.

4. Photography and Social Media

As a community-driven club, we frequently capture photos and videos of "The Pack" in action. These are used to promote Community Performance. If you prefer not to be featured, please let a coach know or update your preference in your onboarding form.
