Social Media & Content Policy

At Moray Training Club, we use digital media to celebrate the grit, progress, and community of The Pack. This policy outlines how we capture and share our journey online.

1. Capturing "The Pack" in Action

Club Photography: We frequently capture high-quality photos and videos during marquee sessions like Friday Night Lights and CrossFit Throwdowns for our website and social channels.

"We love to showcase the rugged beauty of the Moray Coast; expect content capture during our 06:00 Beach Sunrise Sessions."

Community Spirit: Our content focuses on collective performance—celebrating milestones, PB lifts, and the unique energy of our Lossiemouth hangar.

2. Member-Generated Content

Tag the Pack: We encourage you to share your journey! Tag us in your stories or posts using our official handles to be reshared with the community.

Respect the Workout: While we love a post-WOD selfie, please ensure your filming does not disrupt the class flow or compromise the safety of others.

Background Privacy: Be mindful of other members in your frame. Not everyone in the pack wants to be on camera during a heavy set.

3. Privacy & Opt-Out Rights

Your Choice: If you do not wish to appear in club-led promotional content, please inform a coach during onboarding or at the reception desk. We respect your choice immediately.

Sensitive Classes: We take extra care during Mums & Tots and Youth Academy sessions to ensure the privacy and safety of our younger pack members.

Content Removal: If a post features you and you would like it removed, contact us directly and we will handle it. No questions asked.

4. Professional Standards

Coach/Athlete Relationship: We use social media to provide movement tips, 2026-2027 Events Calendar updates, and motivation.

1:1 PT Sessions: Content during private training slots is only captured with the explicit, prior permission of both the client and the coach.
